To help ensure that you get the best experience when ordering garments with screen printed designs, we’d like to share some helpful guidelines that we’ve put in place. To make sure that your order goes smoothly, please take a moment to review these tips. Remember, we’re always here to help if you have any questions or concerns!


General Studio Terms


We are extremely proud of the quality of our work.  It is our goal to make you proud to wear it, or sell it, or give it away, or hang it on your wall.  We treat each print run like the finished product is our own.  From the start of your order through delivery of the final goods we strive to make the process clear and simple while paying thorough attention to all details.  If we make a mistake that falls outside the policies on these pages we will reprint your order within 14 business days.


All quotes are good for for 1 week unless stated otherwise.  We try to be as accurate as possible in our quotes, but we are relying on the information you provide while calculating them.  That said, the initial quote is subject to changes upon seeing the finalized artwork.


A 50% deposit must be made to begin the order process.  The balance is due upon completion at pickup or prior to DELIVERY.  We accept bank transfers, cash, PayPal. 

TURNAROUND TIME Our normal turnaround time is 10 business days from the date your artwork is finalized and approved.  Normal turnaround time does not include delivery time.  We operate on a first come, first served basis so we often turn jobs around quicker than 10 business days and occasionally a little slower.  If we are swamped and we think it may be a little over 10 business days we will notify you when your order is placed.  If you have a hard deadline that you need your order in hand please let us know when you place your order.  Rush charges may apply to hard deadlines if it is less than 10 business days.  


We are happy to provide undecorated samples of garments for customers to assess colour, quality and sizing. Any samples including postage must be paid for prior to despatch.

Alternatively, we are happy to invite customers to our Studio to discuss requirements, see samples of garments and samples of work. In order to best serve visiting customers and devote enough time it is vital that any visits are arranged by telephone or e-mail prior to visiting.


Rush service is generally available for most orders.  We strive to turnaround orders as quickly as possible as part of our normal operations.  If you have a specific date in fewer than 10 business days that you need your order in hand and we think we can make it happen for you within our normal operation no rush fee will apply.  If, however, we will have to rearrange our printing schedule or work overtime to accomodate your order then the following rush fees and terms will apply. 

Rush orders MUST be paid in full when the order is placed.  Rush times do not include delivery times.  We will not be responsible for any delays in shipping once it has left our facility.  Because there may not be time to order a replacement in the case of a bad print or garment defect we can not guarantee exact delivered quantities on rush orders.  If your order is shipped short we will issue you a refund for the shortage

Delivery costs are not included in quotes.  The exact delivery cost will be added to the invoice just prior to delivery.  delivery times are not included in our turnaround times.  We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and are not responsible for carrier delays. 


Garment orders are bulk packed and are typically folded by the dozen and grouped by size.


It is your responsibility as the customer to check over garments as you receive them. We allow an industry standard 72 hour window from the time you receive your order to notify us of any issues. Parallel Prints will not be responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of delivery. In addition, Parallel Prints will not be responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer. The final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer 


We do not offer refunds.  Please notify us of any misprints immediately.  The items must be returned to us for inspection.  If it is determined that there was an error in the printing process then we will replace all flawed items within 14 business days. 


Orders cancelled prior to printing are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus fees for any work already completed such as artwork, film, and screen preparation.  Once printing has begun no cancellations will be accepted.  Payment will be due in full.


According to the copyright laws of the Uk, any artwork created by Parallel Prints remains the property of Parallel Prints.If you pay us to create artwork for you that payment is simply to cover the labor and skilled thought process that goes into creating that artwork.  You are not paying for the ownership and rights to the artwork. 

If you provide artwork to us for printing that was not created by Parallel Prints that artwork remains the property of you or it’s rightful owner. Parallel Prints will not reproduce your artwork, whether it is trademarked or not, without your consent.


We are proud of our work and the clients we serve.  We like to show off the awesome prints we are working on via social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) and via this website.  We often promote our clients in these posts as well.  If you would prefer we didn’t share images of the work we do for you, please let us know when you place your order.  Otherwise it will be assumed that we have your permission.


1-colour : 10 garments per design

2-colour : 20 garments per design

3-colour : 30 garments per design

4-6 colours : 50 garments per design


There is also the possibility of your order turning out slightly under the requested total due to manufacturer defects in the garments or due to misprints. 5% less is considered acceptable. In this event you will only be charged for garments you

receive. If you absolutely have to have an exact number of garments/sizes (for example, for a team or event) you MUST let us know when you place your order.


Due to the inherent nature of garment dyes and screen printing inks, particularly water based discharge inks and their interaction with different garment dye lots, we cannot guarantee a perfect colour match to provided PMS colours or samples.

PMS colours are for reference only. We will mix colours as close to provided PMS numbers as possible, but some variation from garment to garment and order to order is considered normal and acceptable. A chemical reaction takes place

between discharge ink and the garment dye to produce the final print colour, and this reaction will be effected by the dyes used in the manufacturing of the garment. We have no control over that variable. Therefore, print colour may be slightly

different on subsequent re-orders of the same design even if the same exact ink is used. This is considered normal. If colour match between orders of the same design is critical we must be notified at the time the first order is placed and plastisol

ink must be used.

Supplying us with your own garments / DISCLAIMER:

All of the garments that we supply from our catalogue are print ready unless stated otherwise.

If you choose to supply your own garments , You do so at your own risk!

We request a list of each style, colour, size and quantity

Parallel Prints cannot be liable for damages if you bring in your own garments and they do not withstand the decoration or handling process.

It is the customers responsibility to check with the garment manufacturer that your garment/s are compatible for printing

Although we do take great care to avoid wastage , 5-10% wastage must be allowed depending on the size of the run and you may be expected / requested to supply spares.

Supplying spares

We may ask that you supplies with 1 to 5 extra garments as spares (depending on the size of your job) And up to 5% more if your design is complex.

Parallel Prints will not be liable for the value nor the replacement of any of these items

only decoration and service charges are eligible for a refund, and that is only in the event of an error on our part.Any charges for misprints in the run will be credited back to the customers account.No credits for garment costs will be

refunded.customer supplied garments are not eligible for any type of refund or credit.


Occasionally our suppliers run out of stock in certain garments, colours, or sizes. It is unfortunate, but we have no control over this. In the event this should happen we will do our best to recommend a similar garment or a range of options for your

approval before we proceed. Alternatively, you may elect to wait for the original garments to be re-stocked. If you choose to wait we can often call the supplier to get an estimated date that the garments may be back in stock, but we can in no

way guarantee this date or guarantee any kind of turnaround time.


We will not be responsible for manufacturer defects such as mislabeled sizes, loose stitching, minor stains discolouration, colour inconsistencies, and garment defects. We can not reprint to replace garments due to manufacturer defects. We

do our very best to inspect all garments as they are printed and if we catch a defect or blemish we will of course not charge for the shirt. If you happen to catch a defect within 72 hours of receiving your order and the garment has not been worn or

washed, return it to us and we will refund you for that garment. But we can not replace the garment. Therefore, we highly suggest ordering extra garments in each size.


Garment selection is a very subjective decision. We will do our best to help you decide on a garment that fits your needs and wants, but in the end we can not guarantee that a client will like the garment they have chosen. We can only

guarantee print quality. If garment selection is highly sensitive we strongly suggest ordering some blank samples to check fit and style prior to placing your full order. If you would like to order blank samples we will collect a nominal fee to cover the

cost of the sample on our end. If you decide to use the garment you have selected you can return the sample to us and we will use it in the print run and apply the fee to payment of your order. If you do not return the sample for use in the print

run, or if you decide to go with a different garment we can not refund the sample fee.


Parallel Prints strive to be as perfect as possible, however, there is no way to effectively and efficiently measure a predetermined length on each garment as each garment is loaded onto the press by hand. If you request a print that is 7cm” down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure that all shirts hit that target, they may be off by as much as 1cm in either direction. This will not be considered a misprint and Parallel Prints will not reprint or refund these 


All garments in an order will be printed with the same size image. This is generally decided by the smallest garment in an order. If you place an order with youth size shirts as well as adult 2XL size shirts they will all have to be printed with the

image size that fits on the youth sizes. If you want different size prints on different size garments they will be billed as separate orders.


We recommend that all garments be washed before wearing. To increase the life and vibrancy of your garment we suggest machine washing inside out in cold water, and tumble dry on low. Our printing is top quality and very durable, however,

with water based inks some fading of the dye is natural. Over time the printed dye will slightly fade and wear down with use and washing, along with the garment dye itself. We will not be responsible for fading/weathering over time. It lends a

natural look to the garment, and we feel they look better with age. Our inks and processes are the highest quality available.
