Let’s find the service that’s right for you
One screen (mesh stencil) is used for each colour to be printed – screens must be lined up (or registered) and printed on test sheets to ensure that all of the colours line up correctly. Inks are then pushed through the screens one colour at a time onto the apparel. Finally, each piece is run through a tunnel dryer to cure the inks.
PRINTED NECK LABELS
We can apply an inside custom neck print instead of a label, which some of our customers find more comfortable to wear than a tag. The printed logo, size and care instructions give the garment a professional look, but at a cheaper price than labelling
CAD cut vinyl produces a high definition, durable print with no set-up costs making it perfect for low quantity print runs, and is the method of choice for printing individual names/numbers or any other personalised details.
We specialise in the traditional process of screen print. We print by hand on a 6 colour manual carousel. Every t-shirt is hand loaded and each colour is pulled through a mesh screen stencil by hand
We try to be as eco friendly and environmentally responsible as possible using waterbased ink, organic cleaning solutions and recyclable materials as much as possible.
We can add the finishing touches to your fresh screen printed clothing. Add woven labeling, folding and bagging, screen printed inner neck labels and tagging for a professional branded finish.
