What do I need to provide, to receive a quote?
If you’d like a quote from us, the quickest way is to use our Quote form Generally we will respond within 24 hours.If you’d prefer to send an email to mandy@parallelprints.co.uk, please make sure to attach your artwork and specify the garment type/colours that you require (along with a size breakdown – 10x Small, 15x Medium, etc).
Please note, we cannot provide quotes over the phone.
How do i make payment
Payment can be made in by Paypal or Cash. Alternatively you can make a Bacs transfer straight into our account. We will send you and invoice with all of our details if this is the method you are using.
What is your turnaround time for an order
Our standard turn around time for a standard print order is 7 – 10 business days. This is based on when payment is made.
When do you expect payment?
We take payments in advance of printing your order. Lead times begin at receipt of payment.
Prompt payment will ensure the fastest possible lead times.
What are the costs for delivery?
Cost will depend on your needs, as prices will depend on volume / weight / distance of travel and urgency of delivery.
Which brands of garments do you supply
Most poplular brands we use are the standard Gildan Heavy heavy t-shirts, Awdis for hoodies.and for organic Stanley & Stella, and Continental Clothing. We print on dozens of different garment styles brands, too many to list. If you’ve got something in mind, just drop us an email and we’ll see what we can do!
Can i mix sizes and colours
Adult sizes generally range from Small-2XL and you can order any combination you like. Some brands have X-Small and 3, 4 and 5-XL sizes in certain colours. You can mix colours, at no extra cost but it is dependent on quantities.
What artwork formats do you accept
- To produce the best possible print, we prefer artwork to be submitted in a Vector format (.ai, .eps, .svg). With Vector artwork we are able resize your artwork to any needed size while preserving image quality.
- If Vector artwork isn’t available, we may be able to work with Raster files (.jpeg, .png) or Layered (.psd, .tiff) files, depending on the resolution.
- If artwork is not to spec, We can recreate your artwork and an art pre fee will be applied.

What are the minimum orders
Minimum order is 10 pieces. We would recommend getting 20 as you will save a bit of money.You can split this up between sizes, apparel colours, apparel types, as long as ink colour(s)/print locations stay the same across all garments.
Are your prices negotiable?
Our prices are competitive, though we can’t always guarantee being the cheapest. However, we take pride in our quality products and ensure your satisfaction with our printing. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied, we will work with you to make it right.
Do you do embroidery?

What inks do you use
We used a bunch of different inks!including plastisol and waterbased inks.contact us for more info regarding inks
Can you print samples?
Due to the extensive setup process screen printing requires we cannot offer samples because they slow down our production of other jobs. If you’d like to see samples you can see our portfolio or come into our studio and see some of the examples we’ve printed to get an idea of our work.
Whats your standard screen size
Flood’s maximum standard screen size is 305mm wide X 380mm long
Can i have names and numbers on each shirt
We can discuss any numbering and name requirements with you at the time of ordering. It will be done with either heat transfer vinyl or dtf transfers to achieve what you need
Do you do re-labelling
Yes, we offer a whole range of finishing services including re-labelling, neck tag printing, folding and bagging. Have a look at our finishing services section or email us for more details. Customers usually supply their own labels but we can source these for you if you’d prefer.
I want a back and front print how much will this cost
Back prints/neck prints sleeve prints are charged as an additional print. If you want any additional prints, just state in your quote request & we’ll send over a price!
How do I care for / wash my garments?
We generally recommend these guidelines for garment care:
- Wash on low heat 30 degree, cool wash
- Wash garment turned inside out
- Avoid washing t-shirts with items that have zips
- Avoid drying in long periods of direct sunlight
- Do not add bleach to the wash
- Hang dry
The instructions above should help the garments last longer and avoid damage.
What happens if I have a complaint or want a refund?
In the event you’re unhappy with what you have received, you should inform Parallel Prints immediately and in writing via email within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Please describe the fault with your order – photos can be extremely helpful. On agreement with Parallel Prints, you should return the order or faulty items to us at the address below. If a fault is already clear, we may offer to collect the parcel.
If we are responsible for a fault, we will offer to either refund or credit the items. However if there are more than 10 faulty items in your order, we will offer a reprint. If a fault is found and you arranged the return yourself, we will also refund the delivery cost. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Customised goods cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect fitting, or if goods have been worn or washed.
Are your products vagan?
Our Earth Positive and Stanley & Stella products are certified vegan by PETA. Any available online vegan garments will be identified in the product description. For ink, we offer PETA and Soil Association approved (vegan) water-based and discharge inks. If you are looking to place a custom order and require vegan products, please state this when requesting a quote.
Are your inks eco friendly
Just wanted to share that our water-based and discharge inks are actually Soil Association Approved, meaning they’re organic. As for our plastisol inks, don’t worry, they’re free from harmful phthalates, but they’re not organic due to their nature. If you have any questions about our inks, feel free to ask!
